René Smith is Extension's Registrar. She earned her bachelor's degree at UC Berkeley and held various administrative positions on the campus and in Extension before assuming the Registrar position in 1988. Her responsibilities include academic records, academic approvals for courses and teachers, and administrative operations including the enrollment process and frontline customer service.
